Life at the orphanage
In this section, we offer you a glimpse of life at the orphanage year by year through our photos!
The orphanage in 2017
December 2017: First Christmas at the Ylang-Ylang orphanage ! We created a Beninese Christmas tree made from palm branches and the addition of bougainvillea flowers.
Morning of December 25, 2017: Discovering for the first time the gifts left by Santa Claus. They didn't know how to open their presents !
December 2017: The children of the Ylang-Ylang orphanage and those of the village are asking Santa for gifts !

The children are going to school in sportswear with the tricycle in the background. The tricycle was donated by the Cévennes Afrique association, thank you to them!

Claire and Nelly who came to the orphanage offered the children a day at the swimming pool.
Canal+ Orphée foundation offered the children a day in Cotonou.
Christmas: Canal+ has spoiled them with a beautiful television !
Visitors from Paris came to the orphanage to offer food.
We thank them !
The older ones are doing internships during the summer holidays. Mardochée is doing masonry.

Welcome to Medina and Reddy who are brother and sister. They had a very difficult start in life.
Coline's second stay in July, the children were delighted to spend time with her !

Canal+ came in February to drop off food and Christmas presents that Clarisse who works for Canal+ had given the children.
Many thanks to her and to Canal+ !
The children are very happy to see Vivi and Martine who is member of ACE and came to help in February-March !
